The Wedding Day

A full day of photography, usually about 8 hours, starting before the ceremony and continuing until the major events of the reception have been covered.

• I like to meet with the bride and groom before the wedding day. Being able to visit in person is essential and helps with planning. It also gives me an opportunity to discuss preferences and details. I can often travel to your location.
• For over 25 years I have essentially photographed weddings the same way - discretely without interrupting the natural flow and thoroughly recording the interaction, emotions and fun of one of the most important events of a lifetime.
• I am careful to emphasize with all for whom I photograph that my work will not interrupt their plans; on the contrary, it will help the day unfold more easily. There is no need for protracted, complicated and annoying posing sessions which cause you to miss visiting with your guests.
• I photograph with you for the day. It is all pretty simple and uncomplicated really, and it should be!
